Hi All!

My name is JamieLynn Frank, your Miss Hockessin Teen USA and current student at Padua Academy. I have been nominated as a candidate for the 2024 Delaware Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign. Over the next 7 weeks, I am on a mission to raise $10,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and spread awareness of the services they offer to blood cancer patients and their families. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS exists to find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients.

I am participating in this program because I want to make a difference in my community. I know firsthand the toll a cancer diagnosis can take on a family and how hard it can be. I want to raise money to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the families affected by this terrible disease. I want to bring our community close together and let everyone know they are not alone. As your Miss Hockessin Teen USA, I want to use my platform and my community to make a difference.

• Funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients

• Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
